About the event
Terre Haute is leading the country. Our boathouse is the first of a planned 28 sites nationwide by the 2028 Olympics through OpenWater Collective, the national initiative behind Oklahoma City's celebrated Boathouse District. It was made possible by a true public-private partnership led by Wabash Valley Crew and OpenWater Collective, along with generous funding and support from the Wabash Valley Community Foundation, the Vigo County Capital Improvement Board, RiverScape, and many donors across the Wabash Valley.
